Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Policy

1. Purpose

 EnterpriseAlumni is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation on our platform. This policy outlines our zero-tolerance approach, the actions we take to prevent such content, and the process for reporting violations.

 2. Prohibited Content and Activities

 We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that promotes, facilitates, or depicts child sexual abuse and exploitation, including but not limited to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Any form of sexualization of minors
  • Grooming or coercion of minors for sexual purposes
  • Distribution, sharing, or solicitation of exploitative content
  • Links or references to such content on external sites

 3. Preventative Measures

To maintain a safe platform, we:

  • Use review processes to detect and remove prohibited content.
  • Require users to comply with applicable laws and our Terms of Service.
  • Allow users to report content and behavior directly within the platform.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations.

 4. Reporting Process

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately by contacting compliance@enterprisealumni.com

 To assist in our review, include the following details:

  • Description of the content or behavior
  • Links or screenshots, if applicable
  • Any other relevant information

 Reports will be reviewed promptly, and appropriate action will be taken, including content removal, account suspension, and law enforcement notification where necessary.

 5. Compliance and Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate content removal
  • Permanent account suspension
  • Reporting to law enforcement authorities

We reserve the right to update this policy as needed to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
